Project Description
This Issaquah black and white repaint was completed by Interland Painting for a residential property in Issaquah, WA. The five-day project changed the exterior from a worn creamy yellow to a black-and-white color scheme and included painting both the home and detached shed to match.
The exterior was finished with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Exterior Acrylic Latex. The scope also included trim painting, exterior door painting, and power washing before the new coatings were applied.
The full exterior house painting project updated the main home and shed together so the two structures shared one coordinated appearance.
Background/Story
The existing creamy yellow exterior had become worn, and the homeowners wanted a stronger change in appearance. Instead of choosing a similar replacement color, they moved to a contrasting black-and-white scheme.
The detached shed was included in the same project so it would coordinate with the newly painted home rather than retain the previous finish.

Results
The finished exterior replaced the worn yellow color with a contrasting black-and-white scheme. Painting the trim and doors as part of the same scope helped carry the new look across the home.
The shed now matches the main residence instead of reading as a separate structure with an older finish. The entire project was completed within the planned five-day schedule.
