Eastlake Condo Repaint With Full Interior Color Change and Priming

This Eastlake condo repaint updated the full interior of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in Seattle, WA. Interland Painting completed a full color change across the walls and ceilings, including areas with dark existing colors that required primer before painting.

The three-day interior painting project also included added preparation in one bathroom where mold was present before the repaint. Sherwin-Williams ProBlock Primer was used where priming was needed, followed by Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Interior Acrylic Latex for the painted surfaces.

This was a repeat client who works with Interland Painting every few years on different rental properties. For this Eastlake condo, the goal was to update the unit with a complete interior color change rather than touch up isolated rooms.

Some darker wall colors needed additional coverage, so primer was used before the new finish was applied. The bathroom also required extra attention because mold was present before painting began.

The completed condo now has a consistent interior color throughout the walls and ceilings. Priming the darker areas helped the new color cover evenly without the previous shades showing through.

The project gave the rental property a cleaner, more uniform appearance and was completed within the planned three-day timeframe.
